Miller's portrayal of the teenage girls and their behavioral is not that believable because Abigail kinda gives it way by when she tells John Proctor that Betty is just acting silly..And that they were just dancing for fun when her uncle leaped in on them. And that Betty just got scared that she was going to get in trouble so that's why she was acting sick.
Yes i think the way Miller portays the girls is very believable. Girls want attention and will do whatever they need to do to get it. I'm not saying i would do the things but some girls would.
Millers potrayal of the teenage girls and there behavior is not believeable.Like Leslie said, The girls make it obvious when Abigail starts blaming someone and then they all blame the same person that Abigail accuses because they follow her.
i believe that the girls are not believable at all, the whole town except a select few people are just oblivious to the fact that these ignorant girls are killing people right under their nose. It was slightly believable for the first few people they killed, then it became ridiculous after about the 30th person to be hanged, and the 200 people put in jail for their false accuzations.
The people in the town believe them, but I dont see how they do. If I was in this town I wouldnt believe them at all. This is just to crazy to believe. I agree with what Tyler has to say.
i dont find them belivable, but the people in the town believe them. After a while i would start to question the girls. Most of the people they point fingers on are descent people in the town. ALl this cause of one lie
I belive that the girls are not beliveable beacuse they are doing to much . They are just blaming ramdom people of which craft. They are just putting on a show .
I dont think the girls are believeable, no teenage girl ever tells the truth. They always stretch the truth to get there way. They never know when to stop, and they will keep on lieing til they get found out.
i agree with tyler, the girls are not believable at all. By the time 3/4 of the town is in jail or hanged in a christian town then you know something isnt right. People are so scared over the devil they will believe anything.
I really dont think that their behavior is believable because why would teenage girls want to kill that many people.All they would have had to do is tell them that it was Tituba and they would have been off the hook. Instead they went crazy and started accusing random people.
